# README!
BECAUSE OF SHADER COMPILATION IN THE WEB VERSION OF THE GAME YOU MAY EXPERIENCE STUTTERS, IT SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE AFTER THE FIRST LEVEL!
Simple puzzle game with element mixing game mechanic. Developed using Godot 4.2.2.
Game developed for Pirate Software - Game Jam 15
P.S. It's been nice learning more about shaders and how they work during this game jam. It's my first game that heavily uses custom shaders compared to my previous titles. Not only that, it's been great developing a 3D game that has a unique style and working around the limitations of the resolution of the ASCII shader.

Man I love the look and feel of this game! Kinda spooky, but also chill but also weird… I got stuck on the second level though, I made jam, but couldn’t seem to do anything with that, couldn’t find any mushrooms and accidentally cleared the jam which seems to be lost forever… Not sure what to do now, would love a pointer!
I read your design doc and discovered you can use reset water on trees, which isn’t clear at all. I managed to goo myself across two gaps turning on buttons, thought I was stuck and quit only to realise that I could combine apple + mushroom to maybe get something. Then from there the game got quite frustrating, with the bounce having no air control and often flinging you uncontrollably into the void. I wouldn’t have figured out how to reset trees or use danger potions without the design doc, I think some more hints could be used here. And I again have no clue what to do since I’ve cleared all the green walls and pressed all buttons but they lead nowhere. The potion crafting is quite grindy and tedious so I unfortunately lost motivation, but the game still looks and feels awesome, well done with the shaders!
Thank you for playing the game and for the feedback. Yes, I do agree. Sadly, with the limited time I had no time to test and make sure that everything is clear. With your feedback I added a signs to explain more things and hint at the player, I guess I made it too vague, so hopefully new players will have better time understanding the game mechanics!
